#8 revealed that cancellation tokens can queue cancellations for future subscriptions, even on DisposableBag Clear/Dispose calls. Investigate better methods for handling disposals internally so that timeout requests are redundant (maybe with a CompositeDisposable which gets recreated with each configuration?)
